Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate with Warehouse team to prepare for the campaign and take action on time, follow backlogs
- Develop a deep understanding of the warehouse operations & actively identify operational issues and improvement areas
- Work closely with Warehouse team, Product team, and Regional team to roll out best practices from other countries
- Actively propose plans to improve warehouse operations
- Draw up the project plans, dependencies, and communicate across the involved parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline
- Ensure that the project status, issues, or changes made are communicated to both the internal and external stakeholders and documented appropriately
Yêu cầu công việc
- 2+ years of industry experience with proven business impact
- Experiences in Operations Excellence, Continuous improvement, or Industrial Engineering
- Excellent in communication with different stakeholders and have experience in project management or operation
- Have ownership of the project, always being active to work with relevant stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude
- Advanced Excel skills and SQL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese to coordinate with stakeholders from across the region
