Mô tả công việc
  • Driving the growth of customers, both retention and acquisition via strong segmentation and engagement strategies
  • Collect and analyze data on customer demographical data, purchasing behaviors, health preferences, and healthcare needs, across different channels and touchpoints.
  • Identify and segment customer groups based on business objectives, considering various perspectives of segmentation to deliver the best offerings to each segment.
  • Deep-dive analysis on customer retention (churn-rate) to understand the trends and deliver actionable insights.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in pharmaceutical retail industry.
  • Design and implement surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other research methods to gather customer feedback and insights.
  • Prepare and present reports and dashboards that summarize key findings and recommendations for engagement strategies, promotions, product development, marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric strategies and initiatives that enhance customer loyalty, retention, and advocacy.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a customer analyst/customer experience analyst, retail insights analyst, or market researcher, especially pharmaceutical retail industry.
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for understanding customer needs and expectations.
  • Experience in using customer feedback platforms such as SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, etc. is a plus.
